Home / Who Works Here

Four People, One Filing Drawer

Small enough that whoever gauges your clubs is also the person who builds them, and the person you get on the phone eighteen months later.

DK
Owner & Senior Fitter

Delia Kravchuk

Started the shop in a garage in 2009 after nine years behind a green-grass counter. Runs most iron and full-bag sessions personally and does the majority of the senior fitting work, which is where the studio built its reputation.

At the bench since 2009
HB
Fitter & Junior Programme

Hollis Baptiste

Runs Sunday junior sizing and handles most women's fittings. Spent six years coaching a high school team before joining, which is why he measures kids standing barefoot against a wall rather than trusting a height chart.

At the bench since 2015
NM
Build Bench

Noor Mahdavi

Assembles everything that leaves the shop and re-checks every club against its card before pickup. Keeps the bending machine calibration log and is the reason we can say a build was verified twice.

At the bench since 2018
CT
Putting Bay & Front Desk

Calder Tomlin

Handles putter sessions, stimps the roll-out surface before each one, and keeps the card archive in order. If you call during opening hours, this is usually the voice on the other end.

At the bench since 2021
How We Stay Current

The Archive Teaches Us More Than the Trade Shows

Certification renewals happen on schedule and everybody attends the component seminars, but the genuinely useful learning comes out of our own drawer. Four thousand cards, many of them with two or three dated revisions, is a record of what actually drifted and what actually held.

Every January we pull the previous year's re-gauges and look at what changed. That review is why our stated drift figures are local numbers rather than manufacturer averages, and it is why the recommended re-check interval for wedges here is shorter than the one you will read in a magazine.

Standing Practice

  • Bending machine calibrated every quarter, logged
  • Two-person sign-off on every finished build
  • Annual review of the previous year's re-gauge data
  • Component seminars attended, allotments declined
  • No fitter works on commission, ever

Book With a Name, Not a Queue

Tell us who you would like on the bench when you book and we will schedule around it where we can. Sunday slots go to Hollis by default.
